GEORGIE'S STEAKHOUSE

Family owned and operated starting in 1960, Georgie's was first known as Sammie's after it was bought by George and Sam Elliott. It was hopping place for the time holding many important meals between farming families, brokers, city officials and cattlemen. Being that it was so centrally located in the valley it provided great neutral turf for meetings, and still does today.
